Our seasoned sugarmakers will teach you how maple syrup is made, from the trees to the finished product, complete with a maple syrup tasting of the four grades of maple syrup.

Tours are about an hour long.

Shipping

We ship via USPS and UPS with standard ground shipping - arrival within 3-5 business days - and expedited shipping - arrival within 2-3 business days.

All packages are insured.

When shipping with UPS, we ship carbon neutral to help offset emissions.​

We use recyclable or biodegradable materials as much as possible for shipping and encourage you to recycle or reuse packing materials if possible. ​

No returns or exchanges

Items damaged during shipping may be replaced. Email us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging it came in, and we'll do our best to make it right.
Storage

Maple syrup is shelf stable until opened, but the color may darken slightly over time

Keep in a cool place out of direct sunlight (especially for glass bottles) until opening. Ideally, store maple syrup in the fridge if possible.

Refrigerate after opening or store in the freezer for long-term storage.
